I was genuinely feeling like being able to sit at a desk was impossible pre-Ivan, but I’m now starting to manage thanks to the training.
Sometimes in the gym you feel pressured to lift heavy and fast but Ivan was very reassuring about having great form and range of movement first and foremost . It’s these sort of corrections that give me great confidence in avoiding further injury.
